YUNJIE rubber underlay is made of 100% SBR rubber from post-consumer tire and PU binder.

To our factory,we own the most professional R&D team, We introduce advanced equipment for 3 production lines of re-bond machines and 6 sets of cutting machines,the daily capacity is 250 cubic meters.
Production Process:
We will pack the carpet underlay according to customer's required size, packed by PE bag , it's a big roll. then caculate the CBM of one Roll, loading them into 20GP or 40HQ container.

A:We can support different kinds of lamination. Such as non-woven fabric, Aluminium foil,crepe Paper, PE film etc. Produce according to customer's requirments!

A:About 50-250kg/m3 density.
